The Office was founded by Dr. Mohamed Ellaboudi in Cairo/Egypt, he completed his legal education at the Egyptian university. 

Dr. Ellaboudi holds a master of laws degree (LL.M) from the university of Muenster / Germany. In addition, he holds the degree of doctor of laws (Dr.iur) from the University of Erlangen-Nuerenberg, Germany 

Lawyer Dr. Mohamed Ellaboudi is specialized on the Egyptian German and international commercial laws, as well as of the Arab countries (Dubai, Saudi Arabia, United Arab emirates VAE, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait).

Dr. Ellaboudi is admitted at all Egyptian courts and represents the clients before courts and authorities. We are pleased to offer our services and also correspond international; in Arab, German and English language. The main point of our activity in the commercial law, Intellectual Property and patent and international arbitration.

Our Office provides the sufficient information concerned with the foreign investment and foreign companies that wish to practice within the Egyptian Market.
